Sidra Capital advised a client to participate in an investment to invest in the acquisition of the property, which is let to Rolls-Royce plc in April 2011. The Property is situated on Inchinnan Business Park immediately north of Glasgow International Airport, Scotland and occupies a highly prominent position on the eastern side. The Property comprises a substantial manufacturing and logistics facility of 50349.91 square meters and 500 car parking spaces.

Sterling UK Real Estate Fund (SURF)

The Sterling UK Real-Estate Fund (SURF) was established in 2011 in association with Gatehouse Bank plc.  The objective of SURF is to invest in income generating properties within the UK.  The first was the purchase of the Co-op Regional Distribution Centre in Cambridgeshire in March 2012. The second was the purchase of the TDG Limited Regional Distribution Centre near Glasgow in April 2012. The third was the purchase of Adobe EMEA Headquarters Building in Maidenhead in September 2012

Pink Mews

Sidra Capital is acting as the Strategic Adviser and Shari’ah Adviser to the transaction. Pink Mews is a unique gated 3251.60 square meters property at the heart of Midtown and within the jurisdiction of the City of London Corporation.  These 35 luxuriously crafted apartments and duplexes offer private entrances, dedicated lifts and 24-hour concierge services.

RMG Concept Limited

RMG Concept Limited is an investment holding company comprising of vertically integrated agricultural and commodities companies such as Wienco (Ghana, Liberia), Sahel Farming (Burkina Faso) and other RMG companies.  Sidra Capital and INOKS Capital are the joint arrangers for its funding and provided RMG Concept Ltd with Debt Equity Conversion (DECO) facility.

Greycoat Street

Sidra Capital is acting as the Strategic Adviser to the transaction involving the acquisition of a freehold office building on Greycoat Street, SW1 Westminster for the purpose of conversion into a 24-unit high-end specification apartment building.  The property is located in the heart of Westminster, one of London’s most prestigious and historic areas, with easy access to the amenities of the West End as well as Knightsbridge and excellent transport links to other Central London locations.

The Central London landmark property represents Sidra Capital’s largest transaction to date. The building which is located near Trafalgar Square in Central London is a six-storey building which was redeveloped in 2001 and provides 5710 square meters of offices and 930 square meter of restaurant space.

Watkin Jones

Sidra Capital advised a client to participate in an investment to invest in the acquisition of the property in September 2011, which is let to an operator and developer, the Watkin Jones Group. The Property provides 588 student bed spaces, comprising 565 en-suite rooms in apartments with independent kitchen and lounge facilities, and 23 self-contained studios, constructed around two central courtyards.

Diyar Jeddah

Sidra Capital acted as the Investment Advisor to the transaction involving the development of 39 residential villas in Obhur, Jeddah comprising approximately 18580.60 square meters of built up area.  The investment was exited in December 2013.

OPES Holding

OPES has been one out of only five developers/ contractors that have been licensed/authorized under the Priority Presidential Bill for Social Housing (Bill) by the Government of Cote d’Ivoire and expected to supply the social housing market with 50,000 units.  In funding this initiative, Sidra Capital and INOKS Capital, the joint lead arranger for its funding had provided OPES with Debt Equity Conversion (DECO) facility, which is another strategy from the award winning Sidra – Ancile Global Structured Trade Finance Investment Fund.  Sidra Capital was awarded the IFN Most Innovative Deal 2014 for Debt Equity Conversion.

Sidra Capital is acting as the strategic adviser to the transaction involving the acquisition of two office buildings on Chancery Lane St., Westminster. The aim is to develop 49-unit high-end specification apartments in a prestigious residential area London in midtown London located in easy reach of the West End and the City.

Sidra Mutjara I Fund

Aiming at family offices, corporates and sovereign entities from Saudi Arabia this fund combined money market investment alongside structured trade finance products in order to achieve liquidity and steady performance.

Hamilton Drive

Sidra Capital partnered a London-based developer, Dwyer Property for the development of Hamilton Drive, a luxury residential development project in St. John’s Wood, London in which Sidra Capital acts as the transaction advisor. Hamilton Drive which was designed by Robert Adam, a world renowned leader in traditional and classical architecture. The development is located in one of the most affluent parts of London.

Modern Grade A office building in Sheffield, fully-let to leading UK law firm Irwin Mitchell.  The property provides 11055.46 square meters of Grade A office accommodation and forms part of the successful Riverside Exchange regeneration area, one of Sheffield’s eleven designated city center Quarters.

Drakehouse

Drakehouse Retail Park, the largest retail park in Sheffield at 21,000 square meter and situated within a dominant retail location just seven miles south east of Sheffield city center.  The retail park is fully let to 18 tenants including Homebase, Halfords, Currys, PC World and B&M.  In addition, there is an 830 space car park.

Sidra Capital is the advisor to a group of investors in Jeddah’s luxury residential project Eden Residence. Eden Residence is a prime residential and retail development located on Ibrahim Al-Juffali Road in the Al-Andalus district of Jeddah. The project is envisaged as a luxury vertical residential compound that provides exclusive living style for its residents. Eden Residence offers 58 residential units with configurations ranging from studio to 3-bedroom units to cater to the different demographics. 10 retail units are also available and are expected to serve the needs of the Eden Residence residents and its surrounding areas.

Amerisource is Sidra Capital's first foray in the US real estate market with the developing funding and acquisition of a newly built office building in the prosperous Charlotte suburb of Fort Mill, South Carolina leased to a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergenCorporation (Amerisource), a Fortune 500 company. The property is a 23,000 square meter of office accommodation over five floors with 1,485 car park spaces. Charlotte is one of the most dynamic cities in the US, with the second largest financial center after New York.
